I do not and never will understand what was the logic behind elves jumping right across the perfect shield wall... They could reach the same effect of Thranduil deciding to help with for example the battlefield becoming dark for a second and in the next second you see thousands of elvish arrows flying towards orcs... Or something like that... 😀

The horn/siren of the tripods is iconic. And I remember it shaking the cinema back in the day with how loud it was.
